Ali Bahns with the Central Ohio BBB will go over how a customer sees your brand - from first impressions to lasting reputations - and how you can manage your brand's reputation.
This will be a great workshop for those in the retail and service industries to attend - but the information will be applicable to any business. All are welcome!
